- Access Clear — $149+: Walkway to door, porch/steps, path to driveway (approx. 3–4 ft wide).
- Standard Driveway — $299+: 1–2 car driveway cleared for vehicle use + walkway to front door.
- Large / Corner Lot — $399+: Longer/wider driveways, corner lots, steep or complex layouts.
- Commercial Sidewalks — $650+: Entries/ramps/sidewalks (quoted by size/linear feet).
Optional Add-Ons
- Ice Melt Application (+$35) includes up to 1 bag. Additional bags (+$15 each).
- Same-Day / Priority Service (+$75) based on route availability.
- Return Visit (discounted for existing customers while storm continues).

Clear Terms (No Surprises)
Snow clearing results vary due to ongoing snowfall, drifting, compaction, and refreeze. We may perform multiple passes during heavy accumulation.
We do not climb or work on unsafe/icy roofs. Customer is responsible for securing pets, providing access, and keeping the work area clear of hazards.
Ice control reduces risk but does not guarantee ice-free surfaces.
