Whats Included:
A. Demolition and disposal of shingles and all roofing materials to decking.
B. Nail and secure any loose existing decking as needed. If new decking is needed it will be an additional cost.
C. Install new vent pipe flashings and all appliance vent components.
D. Replace all flashing. Replace any valley metal with 16” min. rolled flashing.
E. Install new metal drip.
F. Caulk and seal as related to roofing to provide a watertight seal.
G. Color match all pipe flashings and appliance vents, (including caps and collars) to match shingle color.
H. Install an underlayment.
I. Install shingles. Attach shingles with large head galvanized roofing nails in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. NO STAPLES.
J. Detach and reset satellite systems.
K. Cover A/C equipment to prevent nails dropping into them.
L. Pick up all nails with magnet bar.
M. Provide dumpster, pick up and properly dispose of all waste and debris.
